When your child is sick at night, take comfort in knowing you can bee seen at our practice, even after regular office hours. These extended hours are available to treat cough, wheezing, fever, ear pain and other common childhood illness.
We offer several dedicated Evening Hours Offices, which operate in the same locations as daytime offices, with different phone lines and support staff. The pediatricians and nurse practitioners you know and trust from our offices work at Evening Hours on a rotating basis.
Evening Hours Offices are open to all patients from any PHCA location.

Phones open for scheduling at 5:30pm on weeknights and 3:30pm on weekends. To help us prepare for your visit, it is necessary to call ahead for an appointment.
Evening Hours Offices are available to meet your urgent needs when your regular pediatrician's office is closed for the day. If your child is sick after hours, and you'd like to visit one of our pediatricians, call an Evening Hours Office to schedule a same-day appointment. This valuable service provides continuity of care for your child, with your child's complete medical history available in our EMR to the Evening Hours provider. Your primary care pediatrician will also have direct access to the visit record with your child’s condition and treatment plan, in case any follow up is needed.
Co-pays are sometimes higher when visiting an emergency room or urgent care facility. In the case of our Evening Hours, you are utilizing a service provided by your pediatrician's office, so the amount due will be the same as what you pay during regular office hours (if your insurance company requires a co-pay).
In addition to the normal visit fee, there is also a surcharge which is billed to your insurance company.
Our Evening Hours Offices are covered exclusively by PHCA providers. Most of our daytime pediatricians and nurse practitioners work at Evening Hours on a rotating basis.
