Office Hours & Contact Information
Each of our offices manages their own schedule. Please call your pediatrician's office for all appointment needs. As reminder, be sure to give 24 hours notice of any appointment cancellation to avoid the missed appointment fee.
Insurance carriers can have dozens, or even hundreds of health plans, and each plan can have different networks. We are not always notified about which plans we are included with as in-network providers. If you are selecting new insurance, or considering changing your plan, it is best to contact Member Services for the plan(s) you are considering to ask if our providers are included in the network. For Medicaid insurance, we only accept specific plans and we are limited on accepting new patients. Please review the information on our "Insurance We Accept" page (linked below).

If you are calling during business hours, and experiencing technical issues with our phones such as busy signal or disconnects, please let us know so we can report this to our service provider by filling in the form below.
The billing department is available 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday at 813-855-5080. Thank you.
