How Can We Help You?

For these requests, it is necessary to call  your pediatrician's office and a member of our staff can advise you on their office's process, turnaround time, and any other information you may need. Thank you.

Each of our offices manages their own schedule. Please call your pediatrician's office for all appointment needs. As reminder, be sure to give 24 hours notice of any appointment cancellation to avoid the missed appointment fee.

Insurance carriers can have dozens, or even hundreds of health plans, and each plan can have different networks. We are not always notified about which plans we are included with as in-network providers. If you are selecting new insurance, or considering changing your plan, it is best to contact Member Services for the plan(s) you are considering to ask if our providers are included in the network.

For Medicaid insurance, we only accept specific plans and we are limited on accepting new patients. Please review the information on our "Insurance We Accept" page (linked below).

Please contact any of our offices directly to inquire about availability for a clinical rotation or shadowing. It is up to each provider if/when they have availability to participate with students or residents at our offices and we do not have a central matching program for these programs. Please note our nurse practitioners already have commitments and are not available for winter/spring 2017 student rotations.
