PHCA Verification of Employment

Please note that employees, both current and former, employed on or after 1/1/2017, can obtain verification through The Work Number and do not need to contact Human Resources. 

To complete the verification process, employees should visit: The Work Number to register and request employment verification.

For verification of employment for employees of PHCA prior to 2017, you must contact our Human Resources Department at 813-321-6084.
