Welcome to Pediatric Health Care Alliance!

Thank you for visiting us for a New Patient Welcome Visit! We’re happy you’re considering our practice for your child’s medical care. This type of visit is designed to give you a tour of our office, meet some of our team, and ask any questions you may have before your child becomes a patient here.

When is My Child Considered an “Established Patient”?

We want to be sure that we’re fully prepared to provide your child with timely, high-quality care, especially when they’re sick or need something urgently. To do that, it's important to know:

A child is not considered an established patient until they have been seen for a Well Visit or a Sick Visit by one of our providers. To ensure the most appropriate and effective care for your child, it’s important that we first review their health history and complete an in-person physical exam before starting treatment or giving any medical advice.

Why Does This Matter?

Access Urgent Care (Evening Hours) Appointments
Only established patients are eligible for urgent care (evening hours) appointments.

24-Hour On-Call Services
Only established patients have access to our after-hours nurse triage and provider on-call support.

Case Management
Only established receive case management for your child’s chronic health conditions.

Referrals

Only established patients receive referrals to specialists and our internal Development and Mental Health teams.

Next Steps:

To complete your child’s registration as an established patient:

  • Schedule your child’s Well Visit (check-up) or
  • Come in for a Sick Visit when your child needs care

We’d love to be Your Child’s Medical Home™.
