Dr. Patel joined PHCA in 2020 at our Wesley Chapel FL Office. He has over 20 years of experience providing comprehensive and compassionate pediatric care in the Tampa Bay area. Previously, Dr. Patel operated his own practice serving as a popular Wesley Chapel pediatrician for 17 years. He has now joined PHCA to provide a larger network of support and resources for his growing patient base as a Wesley Chapel pediatrician.
Dr. Patel received his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1990 from University of South Florida. He earned his Doctor of Medicine in 1994 from University of South Florida College of Medicine and completed his pediatrics residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital (Orlando, FL) in 1997.
Dr. Patel has been board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics since 2005. His interests in patient care include allergy, obesity, asthma, ADHD, and adolescent care.
Dr. Patel speaks Gujarati, Hindi, Arabic, and English. Outside of the Wesley Chapel FL office, he enjoys listening to music and traveling with his family. In his free time, he plays volleyball and soccer and participates in walkathons for a cause.
