Melissa Diaz joined PHCA in 2018 as Site Manager at our South Tampa Office. She has over 10 years of experience in health care with skills in operations and quality assurance. Previously, she worked at CarePoint Health in New Jersey where she oversaw more than 40 team members as a Call Center Manager.

Melissa is married with two teenage daughters. When she is not at work, she coaches softball and enjoys going to the ballpark to watch baseball games with her family. She also volunteers at local homeless shelters.

Melissa is bilingual and speaks Spanish and English.
