To My Patients and Families,
I wanted to personally share some news with you. After six wonderful years at our Odessa Office, I'll be moving my practice to our Northside Office on Fletcher.
This was not an easy decision. I'm excited tobe working a little closer to home, which means more time with my own family, but leaving the Odessa Office is truly bittersweet.
The past six years have been incredibly special to me. I've had theprivilege of watching your children grow, celebrating milestones withyour families, and being there through both the happy moments andthe challenging ones. Thank you for trusting me with your children's care. It has truly been one of the greatest joys of my career.
If Northside is a convenient location for your family, I would absolutely love to continue caring for your children there. Seeing familiar faces and continuing to watch your kids grow would mean so much to me.
If the move doesn't make sense for your family, I completely understand. One of the things that makes our practice so special is the wonderful physicians in Odessa. I know your children will continueto receive thoughtful, compassionate care from a team I trust completely.
As excited as I am for this next chapter, I'll truly miss seeing so many of you on a regular basis. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your family's story. Whether our paths continue at Northside or this is where we say goodbye, I wish your family nothing but good health, happiness, and all the best in the years ahead.

We love Dr. Drees!! She has been our son’s doc since he came home from the NICU almost 3 years ago and always knows just what he needs. He even knows her too and loves her!

Alicia S. Drees, MD joined PHCA in August at our Suncoast Office in Odessa FL. During her training with USF Pediatrics, she had the opportunity to care for children in various settings, including NICU, PICU, Medical-Surgery Unit, and in the Emergency Room. She is a native Floridian and speaks fluent English and Spanish.
Dr. Drees earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiology, graduating cum laude from Florida State University in 2013. She continued on to complete her Doctor of Medicine in 2018 from St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies. She completed her Pediatric Residency in 2021 at the University of South Florida, training at both Tampa General and Johns Hopkins All Children’s.
Dr. Drees is board certified with the American Board of Pediatrics since 2021, Tampa Bay Magazine Top Doctor Award Recipient, and recognized by NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home.
She has an avid interest in childhood obesity, asthma management, and newborn care. She is a top-rated Odessa pediatrician.

Outside of the office at our Suncoast location, she enjoys being a mom, spending time with her husband and children, collecting passports, trying new foods, and cheering on her Florida State Seminoles - Go Noles!
