Accounting Manager

Dewayne Clemmons, MBA, is the Accounting Manager at Pediatric Health Care Alliance. He brings nearly a decade of financial leadership experience, with a specialized background in healthcare finance and operations. In his current role, he supports the organization’s mission of delivering high-quality pediatric care through strategic financial management, operational support, and process improvement initiatives.

Prior to his current position, Dewayne held accounting roles at Chapters Health Systems and DDS Lab. His experience includes managing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow analysis, audits, and compliance. He has consistently collaborated with leadership teams to improve financial transparency, strengthen internal controls, and support organizational growth.

Dewayne earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Saint Francis and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from Ohio Dominican University. He is passionate about using financial stewardship to help healthcare organizations operate efficiently while providing exceptional care to their communities.

Outside of work, Dewayne enjoys traveling, playing sports with his son, and spending time outdoors by the water.
