Bill Foo, MD is a Tampa pediatrician who joined PHCA in October 2024.    He is originally from Salem Massachusetts.

Dr. Foo earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and his Medical Doctor from Tufts University.  He attended his pediatric residency at Brown University, Hasbro Children’s Hospital, Providence, Rhode Island.

Dr. Foo was board certified in 2020.  His specific areas of interest are infectious disease and adolescent health.

Aside from sharing his time between our Big Bend and Apollo Beach locations, Dr. Foo enjoys traveling, cooking and pickleball.
