It is with a mixture of sadness and joy that I write to tell you of my decision to retire in November. The sadness comes from the realization that I will miss you and your children. I feel honored to have been a part of your lives. I have so enjoyed watching your children grow and I am now loving seeing yet another generation come through my door. You have brought great fullness to my life. Thank you.

The joy comes as I am truly excited to start the next phase of my life, pursue new adventures and old interests, and to be more available for my now growing family.

I have been blessed through my career to be surrounded by caring and brilliant partners. I know that I leave you in wonderful hands.

Thank you again for allowing me to be part of your lives.
